DESCRIPTION:Parking\n\n\n\n\nPark in the parking lot just south of Brown
  Road: Map - parking\n\n\n\nEntry to the competition event area will be 
 on the east side of the administration building (through an open gate\, 
 then down stairs/ramp)\n\n\n\nNote\, the team pits are in an enclosed bu
 t open to outside temperature area. Please bring appropriate clothing fo

 :30pm – Lunch\n\n\n\nAbout 3:45pm – Closing ceremony – “student 
 center”\n\n\n\nFull event should be complete by 5:00pm\n\n\n\n\nOther 
 Notes on the Event\n\n\n\n\nFIRST® LEGO® League events are very ‘scr
 ipted’ in terms of time. Each team has multiple sessions that occur at
  specific times. It is very important to be on-time/ahead of schedule to
  your judging and robot matches. If there is a conflict\, always make su
 re that the judging session takes priority (robot matches are easy to ma
 ke up at a later time).\n\n\n\nIf you bring your own mat for practicing 
 during down time between robot matches and the judging session\, please 
 make sure that it is not blocking pathways or would make a hazard in an 
 emergency. There will be 2 practice tables available in the pits for all
  teams to share.\n\n\n\nThis event is open to the families of your parti
 cipants. The main viewable portion of the event is being held in a schoo
 l cafeteria so there should be enough space (but it is hard to say for c
 ertain depending on how many additional people show up per team).\n\n\n\
 nTeam Information Sheet (attached\; bring 1 copy\; team to provide to ju
 dges at their judging session\; helps the judges with details about your
  team)\n\n\n\nReview the packing list suggestions\n\n\n\n\nLunch\n\n\n\n
 \nThe pits and robot game are in areas of the school that are friendly t
 o food/drink\, however\, please remember to keep your pit areas clean. W
 e are borrowing this facility for the day and must return it as clean or
  cleaner than when we arrived.\n\n\n\n\nNeed volunteers!\n\n\n\nWe could
  use a few additional adults to be a judge or referee. If you know someo
