7:30–8:30 a.m. – Team Check-In
8:30–8:45 a.m. – Coaches Meeting
8:45–9:00 a.m. – Opening Ceremony
9:15 a.m. – Judging & Practice Matches Begin
10:30 a.m. – Official Robot Rounds Begin
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. – Lunch Break
3:45 p.m. – Closing Ceremony
Event concludes by 5:00 p.m.

- Teams are welcome to bring their own food.
- Outside food is allowed in the venue but please keep pit areas tidy and food-free during matches and judging. We will not have concessions available.

What to expect at an FLL Challenge qualifier
A qualifier event is a full, exciting day. FIRST LEGO League events run on a tight schedule—please be early for all
judging and match sessions. Judging takes priority in the event of a conflict.
