 day is almost here. Below is a “comprehensive” list of information f
 or you as you do final preparations.\n\n\n\nSchool address: 255 E Riggs 
 Rd\, Chandler\, AZ 85249\n\n\n\n\nPark in the front parking lot and ente
 r through the main doors on the front of the building\n\n\n\n\nMaterials
  to bring with you:\n\n\n\n\nTeam Roster (should be printable from the T
 eam Registration System) – required for check-in\n\n\n\nTeam Informati
 on Sheet (PDF file attached to fill out\; bring 1 copy)\n\n\n\nSee attac
 hed “Packing List Suggestions.docx” for additional ideas of stuff to
  bring with you.\n\n\n\n\nEvent Schedule\n\n\n\n\n7:30am to 8:30am – T
 eam registration - Gymnasium\n\nNote: only the coach is needed to visit 
 the registration table\; if students arrive separately with their parent
 s\, they can go direct to the pits and find their table\n\n\n\n\n\n8:30a
 m to 9:00am – Coaches meeting\n\n\n\n9:15am – Start of Judging Sessi
 ons and Robot Matches (practice round) – various classrooms and gymnas

 Full event should be complete by 5:00pm\n\n\n\n*I am still refining the 
 schedule\, but I expect the event to fit within this frame (if it deviat
 es greatly\, I will advise ahead of Thursday).\n\n\n\n\nOther Notes on t
 he Event\n\n\n\n\nFIRST® LEGO® League events are very ‘scripted’ i
 n terms of time. Each team has multiple sessions that occur at specific 
 times. It is very important to be on-time/ahead of schedule to your judg
 ing and robot matches. If there is a conflict\, always make sure that th
 e judging session takes priority (robot matches are easy to make up at a
  later time).\n\n\n\nIf you bring your own mat for practicing during dow
 n time between your robot matches and judging session\, please make sure
  that it is not blocking pathways or would make a hazard in an emergency
 . There will be a practice tables available in the pits for all teams to
  share (although\, it may become crowded).\n\n\n\nThis event is open to 
 the families of your participants. The main viewable portion of the even
 t is being held in a school gymnasium so there should be enough space (b
 ut it is hard to say for certain depending on how many additional people
  show up per team).\n\n\n\nTeam Information Sheet (attached\; bring 1 co
 py\; team to provide to judges at their judging session\; helps the judg
 es with details about your team)\n\n\n\nReview the packing list suggesti
 ons\n\n\n\n\nLunch\n\n\n\n\nFREE Pizza lunch will be provided by the iRi
 se Foundation.\n\n\n\nThe pits and robot game are in areas of the school
  that are not friendly to food/drink. Please do not bring food into the 
 gym. We are borrowing this facility for the day and must return it as cl
 ean or cleaner than when we arrived.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe iRise Foundation p
 rovides FREE Pizza lunch at this event.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAn action
  for you…\n\n\n\n\nPlease confirm your team’s name with me. Informs 
 me you received this e-mail and sometimes the team members have decided 
 to change their name after the initial registration input (which is the 
 info I have). This will ensure our announcers\, referees\, judges and ot
 her volunteers call out the proper name (hard to correct all the sheets 
 of paper on event day).\n\n\n\nPlease let me know if you are attending t
 his qualifier with multiple teams from the same school but different coa
 ch names (the same coach’s name for multiple teams is easy to see). I 
 generally organize the team pits by numerical team number but will put s
 ame teams together in case they share supplies.\n\n\n\nThere is an event
