Materials to bring
- Printed Team Roster (from your FIRST Dashboard). This is mandatory. Refer to Elaine’s email blast about Express Enrollment for details on how to register youth members.

- Team Information Sheet (optional – bring one copy for judges)
Event Schedule
7:30–8:30 a.m. – Team Check-In: Gym
8:30–8:45 a.m. – Coaches Meeting: Gym
8:45–9:00 a.m. – Opening Ceremony: Gym
9:15 a.m. – Judging & Practice Matches Begin
10:30 a.m. – Official Robot Rounds Begin
11:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m. – Lunch Break
3:45 p.m. – Closing Ceremony: Gym
Event concludes by 5:00 p.m.
Lunch
We will have Parkie’s Sandwich Food Truck onsite for anyone interested in buying lunch, snacks, or drinks. Teams are also welcome to bring their own food. Please keep pit areas tidy and food-free during matches and judging.
Other Notes
- If you bring your own practice mat, keep it clear of walkways. Shared practice tables will
be available in the pits. - Families and guests are welcome! The viewing area is the seated area in the gym,
behind the ropes. - Please help us keep the venue clean—we’re grateful to our host for the use of their
facility. - NEW THIS YEAR: We will be hosting an FLL Explore Festival onsite! Please bring
your teams to visit the Explore pits and learn more about what they do!
What to expect at an FLL Challenge qualifier
A qualifier event is a full, exciting day. FIRST LEGO League events run on a tight schedule—please be early for all judging and match sessions. Judging takes priority if there’s a conflict.
